Chicken in Garlic Butter Sauce

I’m assigned to cook dinner tonight so at around 2pm, I started brain storming what I can prepare that is easy yet I am sure our Coco will love and my husband will appreciate. I seldom cook but when I do, I try my hardest to prepare something that I or my husband have not prepared in the past or if we have, already, I try to put a twist for a change. I’m not a cook, just trying to prepare meal for my family 😄.

Here’s a very simple chicken recipe that I am sure you will not have a problem preparing especially if you have a busy schedule.

For the ingredients, I have 2 sticks of butter, 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic, black pepper, paprika, 1 cup half and half and finely chopped parsley which I used for garnishing as well.

This is how I prepared this very simple meal.

Of course, I had to lightly fry 4 chicken thighs. I did not put any breading, just a little salt before frying the main ingredient.
Once all 4 chicken thighs were lightly fried, I melted the butter together with the garlic, black pepper and paprika then added a cup of half and half to thicken the sauce and make it creamy.
The final step is to add the chicken thighs and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes in low heat and this is in order for the chicken to absorb the sauce.
