It took me almost 10 years (since it was suggested to me) before I was persuaded to get a dog and I am happy and grateful that it was not too late for me to realize what having one can do to me and my life in general. Now I understand it when dog owners say they treat their dog as their family and I will not get tired of telling my story and about Coco because you never know how many out there are trying to make a decision whether they will get a dog or not without realizing that having one is all they need for their lives to be wonderful like mine. And life being wonderful has nothing to do with how much money and material things I have rather that I am able to take care of another life, understand his existence and him reciprocating it with unconditional love.
As usual I will share with you our story through photos:

We walk together 💜🐶

It’s not all the time happy with Coco because there are times that I needed to discipline him but in those instances, I never felt that his love for me has diminished. He will keep following me until I give him a hug and tell him everything is all right.
I am sure that many dog lovers out there can attest to the truthfulness of my story and that they also experienced the same. Whether you get the dog from a breeder or shelter, I strongly recommend that you do. It comes with a big responsibility because you need to make sure that your dog is well-attended and taken-cared of so you can enjoy life with them for a longer time but it is worth it. Like what Antole France once said “Until One Has Loved an Animal, A Part of One’s Soul Remains Unawakened.”
Thank you so much for allowing me to share this to you and I hope that my story will help anyone out there who’s trying to decide whether to get a dog or not.
