I was reviewing the recipes I blogged already and I noticed that I do not have any for one of my favorite fishes, salmon. So here’s a very simple yet nutritious recipe that you can prepare for you and your family.
Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet
- Carrots
- Zuchini
- Squash
- Arugula
- onion
- Lemon
- any cooking cream or half and half
- salt and pepper
