I have been so busy recently and often than not, I have no time to even think on what to eat more so, to cook. Last week, we went to a home-based restaurant that serves Korean food in Center Valley, PA and I had Bibimbap which was so delicious and that gave me an idea to prepare a meal that is somewhat similar but I will only use the ingredients I have available. And since I love Kimchi and our Dear Coco loves friend egg, I thought of combining Kimchi, fried egg and kielbasa which my husband loves.
So here it is, the perfect recipe for those of us who are very busy yet still aim to eat healthful meal.
Ingredients:
Kielbasa, Kimchi, eggs, cooked white rice, cooking oil (I used Olive oil), salt to taste.
How I prepared it:
I fried the sliced Kielbasa until it’s cooked to my preference. So it’s up to you how you prefer your Kielbasa.

See, it’s so simple and quick especially if you cooked your white rice using a rice cooker ahead of time and I strongly suggest that you add Sriracha sauce to add to the umami taste. The next time I cook this, I will use other toppings and I am thinking of using Japanese Rice (toppings) for variation.
I hope you will try it and let me know if how it went. 😊
Thank you for allowing me to share this recipe with you and follow me for more of the same and my other blogs!
