One of the fishes that I love and can eat every day is Salmon. I do not get tired of it plus the fact that it’s so easy to cook which is perfect when you are in a hurry or have a very busy lifestyle. In the past, whenever we cook Salmon we often pair it with Greek Salad. This time, I decided to pair it with Spinach and Strawberry Salad.
Ingredients:
Salmon
Spinach
Strawberry
Red Onion
Feta Cheese
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Salt and pepper
How I prepared it:
- I seasoned the Salmon with salt and pepper, then seared it in Olive oil. You can use other cooking oil but I personally prefer using Olive oil. Set it aside once cooked.
- Put together your salad ingredients: Spinach, sliced strawberry, thinly sliced red onion, Feta cheese and drizzle with Balsamic Vinaigrette. I prefer the sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette for this particular Salad to compliment the sweetness of strawberry.
