I mentioned in my blog about our trip in Pagudpud that I will (also) blog about the other tourist spots we visited in that part of the Philippines. As promised, here’s another throwback blog and this one is about the geological formation in Burgos, Ilocos Norte which became a popular tourists destination.
Kapurpurawan Rock Formation is very interesting at the same time astonishing because of the sculpted figures formed from limestones for thousands of years and the name Kapurpurawan is from Ilokano word “puraw” which means “white” because of the (white/bright) color of this natural sculpture under the bright sunlight.
Join me in reminiscing our unforgettable visit at another beautiful destination through these photos.

This tourist destination, by the way, can be reached by hiking or horse back riding so be prepared to either walk, sometimes hike or opt for horse back riding.
Thank you again for allowing me to share this very unforgettable time I spent with my family visiting beautiful destinations in the northern part of the Philippines. Expect for more throwback blogs!
