Meat Ball Soup

Meat Ball Soup

Last week, my husband cooked Shanghai Rolls (Lumping Shanghai) and because he did not cook all of it, I thought why not make use of the meat mix he prepared and so I decided to prepare Meat Ball soup out of it. This recipe is very simple and I used whatever ingredients I found in the pantry and fridge.

Ingredients:

  • Meat balls I made from the Shanghai Roll meat mix (ground pork, minced onion, salt and pepper)
  • Eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped Celery
  • Chopped onion
  • Sliced carrots
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped dill
  • Green Onion

How I prepared it:

Some of meat balls I made from the meat mix.
I dipped the meat balls in beaten eggs and a mixture of the flour, salt and pepper.

My apologies I forgot to take a photo of the beaten eggs 😄.

Other ingredients that I put in boiling water. After adding, I allowed it to boil a little bit more until the onion, carrots and celery are cooked.
Here you go, the Meat Ball Soup! I used the dill and green onion for garnishing and for additional deliciousness 👌🏼😋.

Thank you again and I hope you try this and let me know what you think.

Don’t forget to like it and follow me for more similar blogs. Till next ☺️!
