Last week, my husband cooked Shanghai Rolls (Lumping Shanghai) and because he did not cook all of it, I thought why not make use of the meat mix he prepared and so I decided to prepare Meat Ball soup out of it. This recipe is very simple and I used whatever ingredients I found in the pantry and fridge.
Ingredients:
- Meat balls I made from the Shanghai Roll meat mix (ground pork, minced onion, salt and pepper)
- Eggs
- Olive oil
- Chopped Celery
- Chopped onion
- Sliced carrots
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped dill
- Green Onion
