A year and 5 months ago, I made one of the best decisions in my life and that is to adopt a dog. His name is Coco and he is a very loving, adorable and loyal Shih Tzu. While I am sure that he is happy to be with us, I noticed that he seems to be lonesome at times. I think one of the main reasons is because he is often with us (humans) and no other creatures that look like him around. I am not sure if that’s just me, nevertheless, that was my observation. He gives us so much joy that we thought it is but appropriate to do something about what we, particularly me, think is the reason behind his loneliness. So we decided to search for the best companion for him and last May 10 of this year, we found the one.

Everyone, meet Caia! Coco’s real life half-sister. She is a Shichon who’s mother is a Bichon Frise and her father is a Shih Tzu who happened to be Coco’s father.

She is very sweet, sometimes naughty, energetic and playful which I believe is the perfect playmate for Coco because he is the opposite.

My husband and I believe that we made the right decision because even though Caia seems to irritate Coco at times, he became more active and playful which is actually good for his health and every existence.

The responsibility is doubled now as well as the time and effort spent in taking care of them but it is all worth it. Coco makes Mommy and Daddy proud for he is so protective and loyal while Caia brings us so much joy with her naughtiness and energy.
